Covid-19 Update

NCCI just issued filing memorandum Item B- 1443 regarding manual rules related to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This filing memorandum has been approved in Indiana and it removes the December 31,2020 expiration date for all rules that were established or revised as a result of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Because there are still many unresolved questions about the spread of the coronavirus and no firm date for vaccine availability, it was determined that an expiration date for these rules related to Covid-19 cannot be determined yet.
